Our early learning programs are delivered in our Joey Building – this building has 2 rooms – Nursery (0 – 1.5 years) and Toddlers (1.5 – 2.5 years) room.

In this building, children are forming their communication skills and understanding their needs. Children are supported throughout the day with opportunities to engage in meaningful, age appropriate activities that target their interests or developmental needs. Additionally, children are consistently provided many opportunities to develop self-care and independence skills such as identifying and recognizing their belongings, washing their own hands, wiping their own mouth after eating etc.

Educators help children to express themselves, be aware of the people around them and their needs as well. Children are encouraged to build friendships and trust with other children and educators. Providing consistent, positive and safe environment children can explore the world, discover their own abilities and build network of meaningful relationships.

Children and encouraged to make age appropriate decisions for themselves. Building on each child’s self-esteem, and encouraging them to face challenging tasks and overcoming them is so important for your child’s development.

Having a chance to take calculated risks teaches children to learn their own boundaries and abilities, and it leads to children making smart decisions when it comes to their safety.
